  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager), or entry information cannot be sent.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • This property is not pet friendly. No pets are allowed.
  • No smoking inside the home or on the property.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy (8 guests) allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person must sign the agreement and be present during the stay.

Parking Information

  • Parking is shared, and there is room for a maximum of 3 vehicles.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Kitchen is stocked with utensils and cooking basics.
  • Starter set of paper products provided: one roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover cloths. Starter supplies are intended for one or two nights.
  • Hair dryers are not provided.
  • Towels and linens are provided.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (November-March). No refunds or date changes for failure to comply with this policy, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are provided.
